Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Hotelesy — the web dashboard at hotelesy.com and the Hotelesy Partner mobile app — provided by Hotelesy Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.

1. The service

Hotelesy is software for running a hotel, villa or guest house — reservations, availability, rates, billing and related tools. We provide the software. We are not a party to any booking between you and your guests, we do not own or operate any property, and we do not act as a travel agent.

2. Accounts

• You must give accurate details and keep them current.
• You are responsible for what happens under your login, so keep your password to yourself.
• If your account was created by an employer, they control it and may change or withdraw your access.
• Tell us promptly if you believe somebody else has used your account.

3. Subscription and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. Fees are stated before you buy and are exclusive of taxes unless said otherwise. A trial, if offered, ends on its stated date. Unless the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are not refundable for a period already begun — but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the period ends.

4. Your data

What you put into Hotelesy remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it so that we can run the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to enter any guest information you record, and for handling it lawfully. Our privacy policy explains what we do with it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law, or use the service to help somebody else do so;
• upload anything you have no right to use, or anything harmful;
• try to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours;
• interfere with the service or load it in a way that degrades it for others;
• reverse-engineer, resell or white-label the service without our written agreement.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service available and will give notice of planned maintenance where we reasonably can. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time and may delete your account at hotelesy.com/delete-account. We may suspend or end access where fees are unpaid, where these terms are broken, or where we must do so by law — with notice, except where the seriousness makes that unreasonable.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Where a change materially affects you we will give reasonable notice, and continuing to use the service after it takes effect means you accept it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction. Questions: support@hotelesy.com.
