Is it genuinely free?

Yes — design, build and hosting are included with your Hotelesy subscription. We do it because a hotel with a working direct-booking site stays a customer far longer than one without. You only pay separately if you want something outside the standard scope, such as custom photography or a video shoot.

Do I own the website?

The domain and the content are yours. If you leave Hotelesy we hand over your content and assets — you are not held hostage by your own website.

I already have a website. Can I keep it?

Absolutely. We can embed the booking engine into your existing site instead of rebuilding it. Many properties start there and ask for a redesign later.

How long does it take?

Usually seven to ten working days from the point we have your photos and content. The photos are almost always the bottleneck, so gathering those early speeds things up considerably.

Can I update content myself?

Rooms, rates, offers and gallery images are all editable from your Hotelesy account. For structural page changes, our team handles it for you at no charge.
